Slauenwhite, John Edward – 84, of Kingston, NS passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at home. Born in Blockhouse, he was a son of the late Charles and Madeline (Bruhm) Slauenwhite. He worked most of his life for the city of Toronto, moving back to Nova Scotia in his retirement. Surviving are his wife, Joan; son, Greg (Natalie) Slauenwhite, Georgetown, ON; daughters, Wendy Sararas, Cambridge, ON; Tracey (Leo) Denommee, Barrie, ON; sister-in-law Florence Slauenwhite, Bridgewater; several grandchildren; one great grandson. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brothers Garth, Harley, and Lorne in infancy. Interment in the Garden of Rest Cemetery, Blockhouse at a later date.
