Bond, Joseph Henry - Age 55 of Kingston, NS. I'm sorry to announce the death of my father Joseph Henry Bond on Oct.18th 2016. My Dad fished out at sea most of his life at a very young age. He was a well-respected man by his co-workers and loved by many people he influenced throughout his life. He was a son to (late) Ellsworth and (late) Florence Bond. A brother to Hirem Horton, Albert Bond, (late) Gordon Bond, Charlie Bond, Alice Brooks, William Bond, Linda Collins and (late) Barbra Bond. An Uncle (to many to list) a Grandfather to Ieshea Bond Smith, Melissa Dawson, Justin Crooks, Mattias Bond, Kylie Bond, Wyatt Bond, and Chloe Bond. A Great Grandfather to Liam Coles and a father to me (Bryan Bond) and late brother Joseph Bond. My Dad was a hardworking man, a strong man and a Nobel man. He had a pretty bumpy ride throughout life in his last years. He lost contact but reconnected over the last few months. It doesn't make up for lost time but at least we did connect again and I got to hear his voice one last time. We will be arranging a service in Canso, Nova Scotia at the local funeral home at a later date just into the New Year. May the angels guide you through heavens gates to join hands with your son Joseph. There's not a day that goes by I don't think about you. The memories I have I will cherish forever.
