SMITH, Joyce Yvonne "Bonnie" – age 79 of Kingston, Kings Co. It is with great sadness that the family announces her passing away on Friday, April 22, 2016, in Soldier's Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Stratford, Ont., she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Olive (Glaab) Roth. Joyce was a faithful member of St. Monica's Roman Catholic Church, Middleton and was active in the C.W.L. She was a volunteer spending countless hours helping others with time spent at the Veterans Wing at Soldiers Memorial Hospital, local food bank, Friendly Neighbours and the S.O.S. Village. Joyce enjoyed her time spent at the luncheons with the other ladies from Valley Pearls. She had been a foster mother for many young infants during the early years of her marriage. Joyce loved spending time with family and friends and especially her grandchildren who held a special place in her heart. Surviving are sons, Bradley "Brad" (Lori), Kingston; Rodney, Alberta; Anthony "Tony" (Pat), Greenwood; grandchildren, Darcy, Adam, Nicholas, Jerrica, Zackery and Jami-lee. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Norman; several brothers and sisters. Visitation will take place from 7:00-9:00 p.m. with prayers at 8:00 p.m., Monday, in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St. (902-825-3448). Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 26, in St. Monica's Roman Catholic Church, 41 Connaught Ave., Middleton. Rev. Fr.
