Vandenberg
August 11, 1958 – March 9, 2017
Julie Anne Vandenberg ~ 1958-2017~
Was the most giving, kind hearted soul around. She captivated everyone in her path. Full of compassion and love for her animals, family and of course Volkswagens. House full of collectors editions and always seen wearing a VW T-shirt. Julie devoted her spare time to helping others. Establishing her business Skaana community resources full of caring staff that treasured her immensely. Spreading her love and laughter with everyone she met. Never failing to make one smile. Her sister Leslie Stoddart (Cocky head) and brother in law Phillip Stoddart (Philly) cared for her in her last days. Giving her the happiness, love and laughter she deserved. Missing her hobby farm out in Errington B.C , all the critters, son Jeffrey Vandenberg (Cindy Cameron), expecting
daughter Ziera Vandenberg-Whalen (Jonah Davis). Missing her Grandchildren Ashlynn Vandenberg, Jaiden Vandenberg, Vincent Vandenberg, Anastasia MacMillan and Jason MacMillan. She knew she was exactly where she needed to be.
She loved her siblings dearly constantly sharing stories of their adventures in her younger years with Dawn Marie Chalut (Dan Brunning), David Vandenberg, John Vandenberg (Raj Vandenberg) and many nieces and nephews , Shannon, Joey, Mike, Alex, Kendra and Dave, Devi,Joshua. Along with great nieces and nephew Kassidy, Kayleigh, Karissa and Hayden.
She passed away suddenly at Valley Regional Hospital. She joins her parents Garfield Eugene Vandenberg and Rose Marie Vandenberg. She is missed terribly by her many friends and family across the globe. Finding comfort with her in our hearts. Forever and for always, we let her go with peace.
We would like to thank the Aylesford Firefighters and Paramedics for their quick response, and the Doctors, Nurses and staff at Valley Regional Hospital for the awesome care and treatment of Julie.
Donations can be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation, Valley Regional Hospital, your local SPCA or a charity of your choice.
