DAVIS, Katherine Mary "Kathy" ~ age 59, of Kingston, Kings Co., passed away peacefully on Friday, April 23rd, 2021, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Halifax, she was one of nine children to the late Alphonse and Freda Davis. Kathy was always volunteering her time in her community for causes such as Christmas Daddies, Tim Hortons Camp Days and Kingston Lions Club. Kathy is survived by her daughter, Tiffanie Ward, Kingston, NS; sisters, Joanne Davis, Kingston, NS; Karon Davis, Upper Vaughan, NS; Sheila Davis (Jason), Edson, AB; Kimberly Davis (Kenny), Ladysmith, BC; Nicole Richards (Garry), South Farmington, NS; brother, Brian Davis, Edmonton, AB; many nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and great-nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by daughter, Rochelle Lynn; sister, Deborah Reid and brother, Michael Davis. Kathy was a loving mother, sister and an amazing aunt. She was always there for everyone that needed her. We will forever remember her endless funny stories and loving attitude towards life. She had us all laughing and giggling right up to the end. In keeping with Kathy's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to COVID restrictions. The family would like to thank Kathy's amazing Victorian Order of Nurses and Palliative Care teams for taking such great care of her.
