It is with a heavy heart that I announce the birth and death of my son, Kayson Alexander Clayton. My beautiful baby boy was born at the IWK Health Centre, Halifax, on Tuesday, February 7th, 2023, at 4:00 am. Although I only got to spend a short time with him, my sweet boy showed me what it was to love unconditionally, and he will live on in my heart always.

Kayson, will be missed dearly by his mommy, Amber; grandparents, Tanya Lavoie and Phillip Clayton; aunts and uncles, Jocelyn, Justin (Chelsea) and Emma; cousins, Cristián and Ava; great grandparents, Brenda and Dwight Connell; Jean and Steve Clayton; and several great aunts and uncles. Baby Kayson may you walk with Jesus sweet boy and know you are loved by so many ♥️.  I would like to thank the Nurses and Doctors at the IWK for their continuous care and support at this difficult time.

Cremation will take place and a funeral will be held at a later date.
