COLE, Keith Russell ~ Age 56, passed away Friday May 14, 2021, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville, after brief and very aggressive lung cancer. Born in Middleton, he was a son of Arnold Cole and the late Diane (Pothier) Cole. Keith grew up in Prince Albert. Keith attended local exhibitions and had a million dollars worth of memories and spent many hours in the barn with his beloved horses, especially his Clydesdale Billie. He was a loyal and dedicated worker to his employer, EFR, driving a roll off truck for 23 years. He sure loved his new Peterbilt.  He was a great friend to many, and quick to lend a hand, "until you ticked him off". Keith will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 27 years, Wanda, although they were together for 34 years. His daughter, Rachel Victoria, was his best buddy and his whole world, Nictaux West; son, Steven (Tiffany) Palmer, grandchildren, Holly and Hunter Palmer, Kingston; sister, Brenda (John) Stoddart, Nictaux; brother, Kenneth (Terry) Cole, Melvern Square; brother-in-law, Steven (Sandra) Penny, Victoria Vale; brother-in-law, Darrel (Dawn) Penny, Brantford, Ont.; brother-in-law, Glenn (Joan) Penny, Centerlea; and several nieces and nephews. He was very blessed with so many friends that became his chosen family. He was predeceased by his Mother and brother, Mark. There will be a private family interment in the Nictaux Cemetery Monday, May 17, 2021 with Rev. Leon Langille officiating.
