Obituary

FLETCHER, Keith Wayne – age 73 of Hampton, NS passed away peacefully on July 29, 2017 at the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Keith was born on April 10, 1944 in Vancouver, British Columbia. His first job was with a travelling circus that took him from the west coast to the east coast. He loved the valley area and decided to call Hampton his home. Keith was a hard worker and made his living working in the woods and construction jobs until he was hired by the Department of Transportation in Middleton. Keith was employed there until his retirement and especially enjoyed working with his best friend Elgie Taylor. Keith loved gardening and gatherings with his family and friends. He is survived by his brother Ken of Vancouver, BC and his companion Carolyn Bezanson, North Williamston. In keeping with Keith's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held 2:00PM Sunday, August 13, 2017 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, (902) 825-3448. Private interment will take place at a later date.
