Obituary

HUBLEY, Kenneth Randall age 64 of Wilmot, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at home. Born in Lansdowne, Digby County, he was a son of the late Clayton Zachariah and Evelyn (Simpson) Hubley. Kenneth graduated from West Kings High School. He worked at the Nova Scotia Department of Lands and Forests Provincial Nursery and was a former employee with the Town of Middleton. Kenneth enjoyed playing darts, pool and bowling, listening to Rock music and was an avid Star Trek fan. He loved watching movies with his son and grandson. He is survived by his daughter, Bonny Hubley, Middleton; son, David Hubley, Wilmot; sisters, Valerie Stocks, Ontario and Susan Farmer, Torbrook; brother, Kevin Hubley, Torbrook; grandson, Tyson Hubley and eight nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 7:00PM to 9:00PM, Sunday, October 25, 2015 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, (902) 825-3448 where the funeral service will be held 2:00PM Monday, October 26, 2015 with Rev. Sweis Ubels officiating. There will be a celebration of life at the private residence of Joey Bent and Candice Brown following the service at 55 Seth Drive, Wilmot (Whispering Pines Subdivision).
