Ryan, Kenneth Charles "Kenny" ~ Age 87, of Digby, NS, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2025.
His greatest joys in life were found in the simple things he loved most. Most days you would find him in his garage, happily tinkering away. Whether it was a tractor, lawn mower, or any motor in need of attention. Music was always a constant, especially playing the guitar and accordion, filling family and friends gatherings with his lively tunes.
Kenny is survived by his wife, Lorraine (Melanson) of 65 years; daughter, Penny (Ron) Wamboldt, Digby; son, Stephen "Spanky" (Gertie) Ryan, Newfoundland; granddaughter, Jill (Nathan), Kentville; grandson, Peter (Victoria), Newfoundland; great grandson, Ryder, Kentville; siblings, Rayme Ryan, Caledonia; Betty Jordan, Brighton; Phyllis Silver, North Range; Gerry Ryan, Marshalltown; Patty Theriault, Digby; Kathy (Tony) Chute, Brighton. He is predeceased by parents, Charles and Mae Ryan; grandparents, Pup and Nan Comeau; and brother, Larry Ryan.
By request, there will be no visitation or funeral. There will be an interment at a later date.
