WOOD, Larry Johnson - 47 of Middleton, NS passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. He was a son of the late Arnold and Annie (Moore) Wood. Larry liked his motorcycles, playing guitar and loved visiting his cousins. He had a passion for collecting Coca Cola memorabilia and was a huge Elvis Presley fan and enjoyed collecting Elvis memorabilia as well. During shad fishing season, Larry could be found at Riverside Park in Middleton. Larry was employed with Tim Horton's, Middleton and for many years had support from Sadie Tarrant and "The Girls". He is survived by his loving wife, Linda; son, Andy Wood, Berwick; brother, Mark Wood, Inglisville; mother and father-in-law, Don and Marie Brittain, Annapolis and all of his extended family. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Peter. By Larry's request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, May 23, 2012 in the Inglisville United Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Smith officiating. Interment will be in the Whitman Cemetery, Lawrencetown.
