BERRY, Lawrence Vernon – age 86 of Greenwood passed away peacefully at home on Monday, February 12, 2018. Born in Clementsport, NS, he was a son of the late Walter and Hilda (Eisner) Berry. He was a member of the R.C.A.F for twenty-five years, having retired as a stationary engineer after 16 years at 14 Wing Greenwood. Lawrence was the youngest of his family and always had a love for dogs. Lawrence is survived by his daughter Sandra Berry of Comox, BC; sons Michael (Lennie) Berry of Edmonton, AB and Grant (Bonnie) Berry of Yarmouth; five grandchildren. Besides his parents, Lawrence was predeceased by his sisters Marjorie and Pauline and brother, Keith. Lawrence was also predeceased by his companion Vivian Hudson. In keeping with Lawrence's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Donations may be made in his memory to the S.P.C.A. or a charity of your choice.
