DENNIS, Lena Louise, age 95, of Waterville, Kings Co., passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2017, in Grand View Manor, Berwick. Born in Waterville, on December 12, 1921, she was a daughter of the late John and Bessie (Grimes) Daye. Lena was a long-time devoted member of Waterville Baptist Church. She was a lover of all animals and was devoted to her family and community. Surviving are daughters, Jeanette Comeau, Waterville; Paulette (Gerald) Pettigrew, Hantsport; grandchildren, Charmaine Comeau, Kyle-Jae (Amber Levy) Comeau and Ian (Madeleine) Comeau; great-grandchildren, Daeden, Sydney, Matthew and Alex; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Morris, Leslie G. and two in infancy; sisters, Dorothy and Vivian (Roland); sons-in-law, Joe Comeau and Wayne Elliott. Visitation will take place from 2-4 p.m., Saturday in Waterville Baptist Church, 1243 Mill St., Waterville, from where the funeral and reception will take place at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 19.
