BALTZER-SIMPSON
, Linda Carolyn – age 72, of South Farmington, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 13, 2018, in Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Blanche Taylor. In early years, Linda did catering for church events as well as cake decorating in her home. She also a helped her late husband, Everett Baltzer raise countless litters of hunting dogs. Linda will be sadly missed as she will be remembered as being a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her second husband, Rev. Lester Simpson; daughters, Cheryl Baltzer, South Farmington, Brenda Bouchard (Rodney Greer), Meadowvale and Gayle Baltzer (Rae Acker), Kingston; brothers, Robert Taylor, Powell River, BC, Wayne (Cora) Taylor, and David (Irene) Taylor both of Hamilton, ON; grandchildren, Melissa, Kyle, Kristen, Jessica, Jason and Alicia and also seven great grandchildren; step-daughters, Wendy (William) Dahr, Wilmot and Jeannie (David) Jack, Kingston; special aunt, Ruby (Eric) Davis, Liverpool and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Everett Baltzer (2009). By request, there will be no visitation. A private family graveside service will be held in the Hillside Cemetery, Port George with Rev. Leon Langille and Rev. Herb Townsend officiating. A reception for family and friends will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 16th at the Kinsmen Hall, 209 Dodge Road, Wilmot.
