Grant, Linda Ann ~ age 72 of Nictaux, NS passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 in Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Middleton, NS she was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Zarna (Crouse) Cross. Linda was an avid bingo player and in her younger years loved knitting, crocheting and making quilts. She enjoyed going fishing with her children when they were younger. Linda devoted her life to raising her family. She is survived by her sons, Jody (Kathleen) Cross, Nictaux; Troy (April) Grant, Slave Lake, Alberta; sister, Elizabeth "Liz" Everett, Berwick; brothers, Kendall (Kathy) Cross, Nictaux South; Dale Cross, Milbury Lake; grandchildren Alex Peck, Colby Whynot, Everett Grant, Ethan Grant and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Everett, sister, Judy and companion, Roger Davis. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to doctors and nursing staff at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital for all their care and compassion. In keeping with Linda's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 11:00AM Tuesday, June 17, 2025 in Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, toll free 1-855-825-3448 with Rev. Jeff Milne officiating.
