PARKS, Lona "Joan" - Age 91, of Kingston, Kings Co., passed away peacefully on Friday, July 27, 2018, in Grand View Manor, Berwick. Born in Noel, she was the daughter of the late Charlotte Amanda (Hennigar) and Guy Laffin.
