Eloise Comeau Murray's Obituary

On April 14, 2025, reluctantly I left this earth at age 87. During my life I was many things.

·      Daughter of Muriel (Ritchie) and Vance Comeau

·      Sister of Jane MacPhee (Wilfred) and aunt to their two children Susan and Colin

·      Wife of Callum Murray for 56 years

·      Mother of three wonderful daughters – Anne Holladay (Tim), Heather Harkey (Greg) and Sara Bryan (Dan)

·      Grandmother of seven

·      Great Grandmother of ten

·      Teacher/professor of hundreds in various places on this earth

·      In retirement a gardener, a creator of folk art and a teller of stories

While some of my choices were not what might have been expected, especially of a woman, they led to a wonderful life full of joy with enough difficult times to make me appreciate the positives. It was far better than I could imagine.  For this I am grateful.
