JOUDREY, Mabel Evelyn - age 93, passed away at her home in Morristown on Wednesday, September 2, 2015. Born on June 16, 1922, in South Berwick, she was the daughter of the late Lemuel Grant and Mary Eunice "Mamie" (Woodworth) Kelley. Mabel was a member of the Morristown United Baptist Church and the Morristown Mountain Peakers Seniors' Group. Her favourite pastimes were reading, playing cards and fishing. Mabel was an avid sports fan and watched the Maple Leafs, Blue Jays and Argonauts. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Wallace; brothers, Allison, Glen, Lorimer; half-brother, William; step-mother, Irene; sisters-in-law, Thyra Morse, Elsie and Ellen Kelley, Mary Edgar; nephew, Randall Kelley; niece, Dorothy Slater. Mabel is survived by her loving son, Michael, Morristown; sister-in-law, Mary Kelley, Middleton; nephews, Glendon (Joan) Kelley, Aylesford, Norman Edgar, British Columbia; nieces, Mona (Harry) Rand, Morden, Sheila Bailley, Auburn, Margaret Bull, British Columbia. Also she will be dearly missed by her pets, Maggie the cat and BB the beagle. As per her request, cremation has taken place. A private graveside service was held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 7, in the Morristown Cemetery. Reverend Chad Clements officiated, with burial following. As a lover of animals Mom's wishes were in lieu of flowers, donations, any and all in her name be made to the Kings Co. S.P.C.A, Waterville.
