SHERIDAN (Carver), Mabel Marie – Age 94 of Bridgetown/West Paradise NS, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Mountain Lea Lodge. She was a daughter of the late Ozem and Ruby Carver. Mabel is survived by sons; Milledge (Connie) and Donnie, daughters; Vivian (Paul) Manuel, NB, Betty and (Paul) Parks, West Paradise, brother Gardner and several nieces and nephews, Grandchildren; Lisa, Lynn, Randy, Michael, April, Kirk and Dawn, 14 Great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Ray and an infant son, four brothers; Kenneth, Harry, Russell and Maynard, sisters; Clara and Myrna and daughter in law Mary. Cremation has taken place under the direction of the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St. 902-825-3448. Interment of Mabel's ashes will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 15, 2017 at the Evergreen Cemetery, West Paradise, followed by a reception for family and friends in the West Paradise Community Hall. In Lieu of flowers donations in Mabel's memory may be made to the Evergreen Cemetery, West Paradise. Mabel's  family, would like to thank everyone, including kitchen staff, cleaning staff, nursing staff and administration of Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown, NS for the care that was given to our Mom over the past 5 years.
