Mandy Lee Pearcey

Pearcey, Mandy Lee, age 48, of Harmony, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in St. John’s, Newfoundland, she was the daughter of Wm. Frederick and Eleanor (Maher) Pearcey. Mandy worked as a CCA with Eastern Residential in St. John’s, where she worked in 14 different group homes. She later worked at Blomidon Court, Shannex, in Wolfville. Daisy, her faithful puppy, was never far from Mandy’s side. She enjoyed long drives, movies, and, especially, reading her favourite novels. Mandy had a deep appreciation for books and shared that passion by volunteering at both the Kingston and Berwick Library branches. She also treasured her friendships and the time she spent with friends and neighbours. Many quiet and happy moments were shared in their company, with Daisy often along for the visit. Surviving are her loving parents, Fred and Eleanor (Maher) Pearcey; her devoted brother, Freddy (Lacey Haines) Pearcey; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents, John and Mary Maher and William and Jessie Pearcey. The family would like to sincerely thank the medical teams and healthcare professionals who supported Mandy throughout her difficult medical journey. We are deeply grateful for the care, compassion, and support they provided to Mandy and our family.
