Obituary

WYNN, Margaret Louise – age 79 of Nictaux, NS, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018, in Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton. She was the daughter of the late Balsor and Audrey (Freeman) Thompson. Margaret was born in Middleton in 1938 and was very much a people person and loved her family and friends dearly. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Wedded to Daniel Wynn July 19, 1958 she is survived by their children, Debbie Pelton, Nictaux; Angela Wynn, Berwick; Stephen Wynn, Grande Prairie, Alta.; brother, Ed Thompson, Ont.; nephews, Corey Thompson, Ont.; Andrew Thompson, Ont.; Jarret Thompson, Nictaux; Denny Thompson, Ont.; grandchildren, Kaylee, Jeremiah, Justice, Amanda, Jessica, Amy and great grandchildren, Scarlett, Jayden, Charlie "Missy", Jemyha, Nora and Casey. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her companion, Vaughn Phinney; brother, Richard "Dick" Thompson and son-in-law, Rickie Pelton. In keeping with Margaret's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 29 at 2pm in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448 with Rev. Patty Beals officiating. Private family interment will be in Nictaux Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or charity of your choice.
