MACNAUGHTON, Marie Lise Ghyslaine "Ghyssie"- age 79 of Kingston, NS passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at home. Born on May 18, 1938 in Ste.-Genevieve de Batiscan, Quebec, she was a daughter of the late Eculide and Olivette (Massicotte) Thibeault. Ghyssie married Lloyd MacNaughton on September 28, 1959 at RCAF STN Rockcliffe in Ottawa. She was a member of the RCAF from 1957 to 1959. Ghyssie loved crafts such as macramé, ceramics and rug hooking. She loved to read and would read several books a week. She was a member of Airwomen Association of Kingston, NS. Ghyssie will be sadly missed by her husband, Lloyd; daughter, Gwen MacNaughton of Toronto; son, Ken (Krista) of Nashwaak, NB; granddaughters, Jenna, Melissa, Alyson; grandson, Corey; three great grandchildren; sister, Lili and her brother, Gratien. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Derek and daughters, Nathalie and Marie. In keeping with Ghyssie's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 11 AM, Monday, September 18th in Middleton Funeral Home with Rev. Deacon Don Boudreau officiating. A reception for family and friends will follow the service.
