AITKEN, Marie Marguerite Antoinette "Mary" ~ age 103 of Greenwood Square, NS passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 22, 2018. Born in Mont Carmel, PEI, she was the daughter of the late Bruno and Nelida (Richards) Arsenault. She is survived by her children Neil and Gary, Summerside, PEI; Allen (Betty) Toronto, ON; Donna (Wayne) Bowlby, Greenwood Square, NS; Debbie Burgess, Middleton; Darlene (Jim) Mills, Mount Hope, ON; Doug (Bella), Scarborough, ON; Hal (Anna) , Rockwood, ON and Robert, ON; 24 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Francis; sons David and Richard; granddaughter Beverley and sisters, Bernadette, Rosie, Bertha and Anna. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation by her request. A private family service will take place in Summerside, PEI at a later date. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the Continuing Care Assistants from the VON for their care and support.
