PALMER, Marietta LeVaughn, 90 of Kingston, passed away Monday, October 1, 2012 in the Wolfville Nursing Home, Wolfville. Born in Kingston Village, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Merna (Welton) Bowlby. Marietta was a member of Bible Baptist Church and later Faith Baptist Church. She was treasurer and board member of Kingston Bible College and Academy since 1952 and gave many selfless hours of service to the school. She was employed for 48 years with the Royal Bank in Middleton. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Norris, and an infant brother. Funeral service will be held 2:00PM Friday, October 5, 2012 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street (902) 825-3448 with Rev. Dr. William Moorehead officiating. Interment will be in Kingston Bible College Cemetery. Donations in memory may be made to Kingston Bible College, Faith Baptist Church or a Charity of Choice.
