TIDD, Marion Floretta – age 81of Meadowvale, NS passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2016 in Grand View Manor, Berwick. Born in Meadowvale she was the daughter of the late Percy Parker and Lena (Foster, Whitman) Parker. She was a member of Torbrook Baptist Church, Rebekah Lodge No. 32 Kingston, Parkdale-Maplewood Museum, Three Rivers New Horizons Busy Bee Seniors and volunteer for playing for services at Tibbetts Nursing Home. Surviving are son Clarence (Dawn) Tidd, Meadowvale ; granddaughter Makaylee Morgan Tidd and sister-in-law, Jean Dorey, Forest, ON. She was predeceased by husband Raymond; daughter Lynn; half-brother Frank Whitman; chosen brother Eugene Dorey. In keeping with Marion's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held 3:00PM Wednesday, October 5, 2016 in Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448 with Rev. Bill McLeod officiating. A reception for family and friends will follow the service. Interment will be in Nictaux Cemetery.
