Mark John Jordan's Obituary
JORDAN, Mark John – age 54 of Digby, NS passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 in the Digby General Hospital. Born in Digby, he was a son of the late Arnold "Arnie" and Marguerite "Daisy" (LeBlanc) Jordan. In his earlier working years, Mark was a clam digger and a commercial fisherman in and around the Digby area. He later moved to Alberta where he drove a truck and managed a sand plant. He worked for Petro Field Industries lastly before recently returning to Digby to be closer to family and friends. Mark enjoyed darts, sports fishing, hunting and driving on back roads looking for deer. He enjoyed watching hockey, playing guitar, listening to country music and being with family and friends. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone, anytime. Mark is survived by daughter Sheena Jordan - Coldbrook, NS; son Travis (Annie) - Edmonton, AB; sisters Kathy (Alden) Graham – Lake Midway; Patty (David) Lombard – Digby; brothers Arnold "Junior" (Donna) – Digby; Derrick – Digby; Ronnie Pierce – Edmonton, AB; three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mark was predeceased by sisters, Darlene and Elizabeth. In keeping with Mark's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A tribute mass will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 12th in St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Digby with Father Vincent

officiating. Private family interment will be held at a later date. A reception for family and friends will be held in the church hall immediately following the service. Family flowers only please.
