Mitchell Raymond
Chesley
November 5, 1993 – April 17, 2024
Chesley, Mitchell Raymond – 30, of Forest Glade, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville with Mom, Dad, Trinity, and Parker by his side. Born in Kentville, he was the oldest son of George and Karen (Spencer) Chesley, Forest Glade. He was a graduate of Middleton Regional High School. He had a stuffed Barney, which was his greatest pal, always being there for him during his hospital stays. Mitchell had a love for John Deere tractors and Bobcat skid steers. He was able to name the make and model of John Deere tractors with just a glance. His positive attitude and ability to turn strangers into friends was second to none. Mitchell's favorite holiday, like his mother's, was Christmas as he loved spending time with his family, and of course, opening gifts. He had a love for watching videos on YouTube and was known for blasting Shania Twain on his ipad. He collected various items throughout his life such as Webkinz, playing cards, tractors, furbies, shopkins, and Bakugans. Mitchell could always count on his dogs, Cooper and Kokko, to entertain him. Camping and hanging out with his Aunts were among his favorite things to do during the summer. Mitchell loved going to watch his siblings play sports, whether it was hockey or soccer he could always be seen cheering in the stands. Mitchell touched the lives of many people around him and brought so much joy to everyone. Surviving are his parents, George and Karen; siblings Parker, Oromocto, NB; Trinity (Harrison Ayling), Coldbrook; his dogs Cooper and Kokko; and Kitana, Lockeport; as well as many extended family members. Mitchell was predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Donations in Mitchell's memory may be made to Williams Syndrome Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. Arrangements have been entrusted to Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, 1-855-825-3448. Online guest book may be signed by visiting: www.middletonfuneralhome.com
