RYER, Mona Patricia age 64 of Nictaux passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at home. Born in Middleton, she was the youngest daughter of the late Earle and Flora (Morse) Spinney. Mona trained as a hairdresser and operated her own salon in Greenwood for a number of years. She is survived by her husband, John Ryer; step-daughter, Vickie Ryer (Gary Norton), Fort Saskatchewan, AB; stepson, John Ryer (Angela Faye) Burderheim, AB; sisters, Sandra (Jim) Thain, Miscouche, PEI and Delma (Jeff) Newman, Abbotsford, BC; step grandson, Degan. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sister, Crystal. By request, there will be no visitation. A Graveside Service will be held 2:00PM, Monday, August 3, 2015 in the Nictaux Cemetery with Rev. Patty Beals officiating. Donations in memory of Mona may be made to Mid -Valley Palliative Care or a Charity of Choice.
