BROMLEY, Myrtle Louise 76 of Middleton passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2010, in Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown. Born in Middleton, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Blanche (Sabean) Milbury. Myrtle was employed with Eaton's Drug Store in Middleton for many years. One of her favourite sayings was "It must be true I heard it at the deli". She loved people and music, especially Charlie Pride. Myrtle adored her family, especially all her grandchildren. She enjoyed going to the Nova Scotia Tattoo and family Bar-b-Ques, particularly T-bone steak. She loved her second family at Mountain Lea Lodge. Myrtle took great pride in her appearance by dressing up and always looking her best. She is survived by daughter, Cathy (Kevin) Long, Wilmot; sons, Eric (Velvet) Bromley, Wilmot; Mark (Vickie) Bromley, Waterdown, Ont.; sisters, Mary Tupper, Bertha Jagger, Dot Penny, Vangie (Frank) Comeau, all of Middleton; Barbara Daniels, Lawrencetown; Gracie (Richard) Robar, Nictaux; Margaret Sellers, Inglisville, and Annie (Larry) Coty, Ontario; brother, Robert Milbury, Middleton; grandchildren, Josh Long, Rob Long, Alex Bromley, Natalie Scully, Channa Shumaker, Shilo Bromley, and five great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Robert Bromley; daughter, Linda Jane Bromley; sisters, Betty Whiteway and Flora Penny; brothers, John and Warren Milbury. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday, June 12 in Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448 where the funeral will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, June 13, Pastor Gary Horton officiating.
