Obituary

SAUNDERS, Neva Doris – age 84 of Auburn passed away on Friday, March 3, 2017 at home. Born in Auburn, she was the only child of the late Ennas Omar and Bessie Belle (Corkum) Randall. Neva's life revolved around her family, the farm and her flower gardens. In early years she was a member of CGIT and the Aylesford United Church. Neva will be remembered as a very supportive wife, mother and grandmother. Surviving are daughter, Linda (Barry) Dunlop of Auburn; grandchildren Allan Dunlop of Auburn and Trinda-leigh (Callahan Langley) Dunlop of Auburn. Besides her parents, Neva was predeceased by her husband Vernon. In keeping with Neva's wishes, cremation has taken place. A visitation will be held 7:00 – 9:00 PM on Monday, March 6th in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., 902-825-3448. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 7th in Aylesford United Church with Rev. John Moses and Rev. Harry Gardner officiating. Interment will be in Aylesford Union Cemetery. By request, family flowers only. Donations in memory may be made to Mid-Valley Palliative Care or the Aylesford United Church. Neva's family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the Mid-Valley Palliative Care Volunteers and the staff of Continuing Care as well as Dr. Paul McGuire for his many visits and support during her illness.
