Fox (Bishop), Oriel Ferne – Age 94 of Middleton, Annapolis Co., we said goodbye to our dear friend, Oriel who passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 14, 2021, in Evergreen Home for Special Care, Kentville. Born April 3, 1927, in Clarence she was the daughter of Wilfrid and Thelma (Kinsman) Bishop. She was a hairdresser and was an instructor of cosmetology at NSCC Middleton Campus for several years. Oriel is survived by her sister-in-law, Verna, Paradise; nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Oriel was predeceased by her husband, John in 2016; brother, Allan. We wish to thank Oriel's home support staff, especially Bev, who always made her smile. Cremation has taken place. A private interment of her ashes will take place at a later date in Pine Grove Cemetery, Middleton.
