AMERO, Pamela Jean "Pam" ~ Age 62, of Nicholsville, Kings Co., passed away peacefully on Monday, July 18, 2022, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born on March 14, 1960, in Berwick, Kings Co. she was a daughter of the late Ralph P. and Ida L. "Jeanette" (Difford) Wiles. Pam was a graduate of the Cosmetology program at Kings Regional Vocational School, Kentville, first working in New Minas and later in her own home. She had cleaned houses and looked after older people in their homes. Pam and Mike enjoyed square dancing in years past and had been members of Rainbow Dancers. She was a member of Morristown Baptist Church. Pam was well known for keeping her house clean and tidy, enjoyed cooking, baking and will be remembered for making her frog eyed cookies. She enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren and will be sadly missed by her family members and friends. Surviving are her husband of 39 years, Michael A. "Mike" Amero; daughter, Amy (Matthew) Ward, Coldbrook; son, Gregory Amero, Factorydale; grandsons, Rylen and Jacob; sister, Christine (Corey) Connors, Rockland; sister-in-law, Mary Wiles, Factorydale; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Reid and Gregory Wiles. Visitation will take place from 6-8 p.m., Monday evening in Morristown Community Centre, 10 Prospect Rd., Morristown. Memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 26, in Morristown Baptist Church, 6557 Aylesford Rd., Morristown. Rev. Chad Clements officiating, with interment in Morristown Cemetery.
