Obituary

McGill, Pamela Ann – 60, of Greenwood, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 10, 2024 in Valley Hospice, Kentville. Born in Winchester, Mass, USA, she was a daughter of Beverly McGill, Greenwood and the late Robert McGill. Pam loved puzzles, especially word searches. She was a lover of good books and owls. Time spent with family in Disney World was always treasured, and Harry Potter held an extra special interest for Pam. She volunteered with the Kingston Library and had earned her Associate's Degree of Library Information Technology from the University of Maine. Pam's favorite vacation was her trip to Scotland. Besides her mom, she is survived by her sister Diane (Herbert) Hancock, New Hampshire, USA; brother Steven McGill, Nictaux Falls; nieces Maddison and Piper McGill; nephews Garrett, Daniel, and Mason Hancock, and Dylan Landry; uncle Gary, Peabody, Mass., USA. Besides her father, she was predeceased by aunt Betty Buchko, nephew Joshua Handcock, niece Sabrina Hancock, and uncle Donald. A memorial graveside service will be held 2:00 pm on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 in Whitman Cemetery, Lawrencetown. Rev. Dr. Danny Smith officiating.
