Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pamela J D'Aubin on October 17, 2025 surrounded by her family and "soul sisters".   After a 4-month battle with cancer, she has gone to join her high school sweetheart and lifetime soul mate Tim.

Born May 22, 1962, she was a daughter of the late Norman and Sheila Llewellyn.  A graduate of Lawrencetown High School and a Business Degree from Annapolis Regional Vocational School in Middleton, she ventured to Yellowknife for employment but after a couple of years returned home to Nova Scotia.  She and Tim soon married and raised their son Daniel in their home in New Albany.

She leaves to mourn her pride and joy, son Daniel; sister Wendy (Milford) Porter; brother Don Llewellyn; sisters-in-law Trudy Llewellyn, Charlotte (Bob) White; Jane (Leon) Bezanson; Christine D'Aubin Grant; brother-in-law Ralph (Jennifer) D'Aubin; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Predeceased by husband Tim; sisters Cheryl Llewellyn and Darlene Bennett; brother Bob Llewellyn; sister-in-law Nancy Llewellyn.

Pam loved nature, tending to her beautiful gardens and grounds, feeding the hummingbirds and the deer; poetry (her morning and nightly posts which she loved to share with everyone) and drives to Port George with Daniel to watch the ocean.  She spent 5 wonderful years working at Whitman Greenhouses which furthered her love of working with plants and flowers.   She also had a very special place in her heart for cats and especially her special fur baby Sid.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at the Nictaux Fire Hall 12-2 pm with family interment to follow at the New Albany Pine Grove Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to Thalia Barn Cat Rescue. The family would like to express sincere thanks to the Oncology staff at Valley Regional Hospital and Dr. Surette, Dr. McGuire and staff at Soldiers Memorial Hospital, especially palliative nurse/angel Janet Welton, for their exceptional care and compassion. Arrangements have been entrusted to Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, toll-free 1-855-825-3448. Online condolences may be shared at www.middletonfuneralhome.com
