Anderson, Patsy Irene~ age 61 of Truro, NS passed away on Tuesday August 12, 2025, in hospital surrounded by family after dealing with many health concerns.

Born in Middleton, NS she was the daughter of the late Ronald and Shirley "Peggy" (Lewis) Tompkins.

Patsy worked in her earlier years at the Town of Bridgetown, Lands and Forest, The Metropolitan and then on to Britex.

She loved life, she married her love at a young age, and they spent their lives building their family.  She loved playing cards, bingo, and music.  Her favorite food was lobster, and she was sure to make it known.  She loved spending time with family whether it was visits at home, a beach trip or just a phone call. Patsy was a loving firecracker and the life of the party!

Patsy is survived by her husband of 46 years and Soul Mate John (Truro, NS), Daughters: Tina (Wilmot, NS), Amanda (Joe) Bridgewater NS, Melissa (Julie) Truro, NS. Sisters: Ramona (Saint John, NB), Julie (Steve) Saint John, NB, Donna (Andrew) Nictaux, NS, Bev (Mark) Lawrencetown, NS, Brother: Arthur (Patricia) Hampton, NS.

6 Grandchildren: Danica, John, Jared, Brody, Brooke, Missa and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and Aunts.

Besides her parents she is predeceased by her sister Linda, brother Harvey, Shawn, Melissa and grandparents. The cats Sonny, Farley and Bootz.

In Keeping with Patsy's wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday August 19th, 2025, at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 01, Middleton with Joan Wagner officiating. A small reception will follow the celebration.
