LOWE, Randy Howard ~ Age 65, of Springfield, passed away suddenly at home on Friday, October 18, 2024, in Springfield. Born on December 16, 1958, in Bridgewater, he was a son of Marion (Bezanson) Lowe, and the late Howard Lowe of Springfield. Randy was a truck driver his whole life, starting at age 18. He was an amazing storyteller and was the go-to person in Springfield for information. Randy was dedicated to his family and work. Anywhere he went his children were close by. He played baseball on the Springfield Old Timers team and played hockey on the Springfield Ice Kings Team. Randy had been a referee for a while. He looked forward to Wednesday shop nights and Saturdays at the garage waiting for people to talk to. Besides his mother, Randy is survived by daughter, Tammy (Jonathon) Joudrey, Bridgewater; son, Thomas (Jackelyn) Lowe, Springfield; grandchildren, Sabrina (Corey), Breanna (Jesse), Mitchell (Desiree), Alivia, and Wyatt; grandchildren at heart, Austin and Brook-lyn; great grandchildren, Owen, Jayde, Paige, Blake, and Carly; sister, Jo-Anne Wentzell, Springfield; brothers, Jerry (the late Margaret) Lowe, Wentzell Lake; Carson (the late Carol) Lowe, Springfield; many nieces and nephews.  Visitation will take place from 2 pm to 4 pm on Saturday, October 26th in Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, toll free 1-855-825-3448. Funeral service will take place at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 27th in Springfield Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Gates officiating.
