Balcom, Robert Laurie PEng – Age 73, of Kingston Kings Co., passed away Friday January 31 ^st , 2020 at home. Born in Middleton, he was a son of the late George and Beulah (Trites) Balcom.  Robert is survived by his wife of over 50 yrs., Sharon (Deion) Balcom; sisters, Myrtle Crowdis, St. Bruno, QUE, Frances (Kevin) Smyth, Winnipeg, MAN; Barbara Bryan, Coldstream, British Columbia; brother, John (Alice) Balcom, Bridgewater; sister-in-law, Linda Balcom, Abilene TX; brother-in-law, Ernie (Marlene) Deion, Meadowvale; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Robert was predeceased by his brother, Cecil Balcom; brothers-in-law, Reginald Crowdis and Douglas Bryan. Arrangements have been entrusted to Middleton Funeral Home 398 Main St. Middleton, N.S. Toll Free 1-855-825-3448. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
