Obituary

MORRICE, Robert Garnet "Bob" - 76, of Greenwood, NS formerly Elliott Lake, ON passed away peacefully Saturday, March 24, 2012 in Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton surrounded by his family. Born in San Francisco, California he was a son of the late Oswald and Doreen (Way) Morrice. Bob was retired from the Royal Canadian Air Force where he served as a radio technician. He was a past member of the Masonic Lodge and a past member of the Royal Canadian Legion. Bob loved the outdoors, especially fishing and had a passion for woodcarving. He enjoyed knitting, reading, swimming and loved his family dearly, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bob is survived by his wife, the former Charlotte "Ann" May; daughters, Brenda (Bruce) MacQueen, Vancouver, BC; Marie (Robert) Stroud, Cobourg, ON; son, Earl (Geraldine) Morrice, Kingston, NS; sister, Judy (David) Barrett, Portage la Prairie, MB; brother, Alexander (Connie) Morrice, Atikokan, ON; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. By request, cremation has taken place and there will be no service or visitation. Donations in memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society. Ann and Earl would like to give special Thanks to Dr. Yafai, the nurses and Doctors at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital for all their special care to Robert. Thank you and God Bless.
