PRALL, Robert "Henry" - age 85, Melvern Square, passed away on Thursday November 20, 2014, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Melvern Square, he was the son of the late Della (Selwah) and the late Arthur Prall. Henry was an Auto Mechanic at Canex Service Station in Greenwood. In his spare time he loved to go fishing but his real passion was his family, friends and foster children. Everyone that walked through his door was family to him and treated as such. He is survived by his wife the former, Kathleen Balcom and his ten kids, Bobby (LaVaughn), Danny (Debbie), Stephen (Violet), Phillip (Bonnie), Heather (Keith), Randy (Brendalee), Glenn (Shelly), Lisa (Eric), Timmy (Elizabeth), Wendy (Jeremy), sisters Jan (Brent), Ruth (Donny), and Mabel (Bernie), brothers John (Elaine), David (Joanne), and sister in law Mildred along with numerous nieces and nephews. Henry has 32 Grandchildren and 24 Great Grandchildren. He is predeceased by his infant son Jamie Arthur, his brothers Kenny, Donny, Sister Mary, sister in law Marion and Grandchildren Tracy, Sherry Lee and Jamie. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. In keeping with Henry's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, November 26, 2014 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448 with Rev. Bruce Kaiser officiating. A reception for family and friends will follow the service. Private family interment will be in Church Grove Cemetery, Melvern Square. Immediate family flowers only.
