ROSS, Robert Lee "Bob" ~ Age 71, Morden Road, Aylesford, Kings Co., passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at home. Born in Middleton, he was a son of the late Morris "Todd" and Geraldine M. (Lake) Ross. Bob grew up in North Kingston and began working at age 15 doing farm work. Bob worked at McMasters Mill in Kingston, where he remained for over 40 years. He also did autobody repairs working for Franklin Rhyno, and for a while he did Drywall work in and around the Halifax area. Lastly, he worked for the Willow Box Factory in Berwick, making strawberry boxes. He enjoyed woodworking, with one of his greatest accomplishments was building his own home; listening to country music, nature, the outdoors, and in his younger years loved to go hunting. Bob enjoyed helping others, lending a hand wherever he could, always going above and beyond what was expected. He loved to ride on his motorcycle going on short ventures with Sharon. Bob was a former member of the St. Mary's Anglican Church in Auburn. He was a loving husband, father, and friend.  Surviving are his wife of 37 years, dating 12 years prior to marriage to the former, Sharon F. Bezanson; sons, Jeremy Robert Allen Ross (Rachel Flare Russell), Riverview, NB; Joshua Terry Lee Ross "Josh", Morden Road, Aylesford; close pet Ella " his loving dog "; sisters, Eleanor (Ardie) Saltzman, Melvern Square; Ann Marie (Ken) Bottomly, Timmins, Ont.; brother, Richard (Anna Mae) Ross, North Kingston; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sister, Debra Ross; brothers, Paul, John, Ronald and Arnold Ross. Cremation has taken place.
