Drake, Ronald M. – 74 of Aylesford, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 in Valley Hospice, Kentville. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Levi and Edith (Scott) Drake. Ron worked for the Department of National Defense as an HVAC technician for 21 years. Ron had a love of motorcycles and antique cars, fishing and country music. Surviving are his best friend and loving wife of 54 years Gale; sons Jim (Sabrina), Halifax; Tom (Crystal), Sudbury, ON; grandchildren Gage, Camryn, and Alyssa; brother Stanley (Joan), Mahone Bay; numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, September 30, 2024 in North Kingston Cemetery followed by a gathering and reception to celebrate Ron's life at 1:30 pm in Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, 1-855-825-3448.
