OGILVIE, Roseanne Dolores – age 68 of Kingston, Kings Co., formerly of Trenton, Ont., passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at home. Born in Belleville, Ont., on January 14, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Eva (Pound) MacDonald. Roseanne was devoted to her husband and family. She lived in various locations in Canada during her husband's military career, with the last posting at Greenwood where they settled and stayed. Roseanne was well known as a crafty person attending local craft sales. She had worked as a medical secretary at Dr. Vats office in the Greenwood mall until her retirement. Surviving are her husband of 50 years, John M. Ogilvie; children, John (Trishia) Ogilvie, Ottawa, Ont.; Lisa (Jonathan) Freeman, Kingston, Ont.; Jeannie (Jason Minke) Ogilvie, Barrie, Ont.; grandchildren, Jack, Alexa, McKayla and Kiersten; niece, Tammy; nephew, Scott. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sister, JoAnne Thibault; brothers, Wilfred and Jim. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors for a time of refreshments and fellowship from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, November 15, in Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., toll free 1 (855) 825-3448.
