CHESLEY, Sandra Diane ~ age 72 of Middleton,  passed away Saturday, February 29, 2020. Born in Halifax, NS, she was a daughter of the late John and Mabel (Masters) Jacobs. Sandy moved to Middleton in September 1969 and was a long term employee of Maritime Tel & Tel. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ron Chesley and children, James Chesley (Tanja Bowers), Middleton and Robyn Chesley (Warren Weiss), Cayman Islands; brother, John "David" Jacobs, Halifax; sister, Linda Jacobs Starkey (John), Beaconsfield, QC; grandchildren, Alexander, Amelia and Jacob Chesley; great-grandson, Owen Chesley; in-laws, Jack Chesley (Jean Beals); Mary (Greg) Bent; Sam (Linda) Chesley and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, Sandy was predeceased by her grandson, Ethan Joseph Chesley; and sisters-in-law, Edith Simpson and Linda (nee Crawford) Chesley. Cremation has taken place. A private interment followed by a reception for family and friends will be announced at a later date.
