PIERCE, Scott Graham ~ Age 63, of Belleisle, formerly of Margaretsville, Annapolis Co., N.S., passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023, in Valley Hospice, Kentville. Born on April 25, 1960, in Middleton, he was a son of the late Archie L. and Vera N. (Byles) Pierce. Scott had served in the Canadian Armed Forces for 31 years, retiring as a Resource Management Clerk. He enjoyed time spent canning, gardening, fishing, and performing in plays. Surviving are his wife, the former Sherri Veinot, North Bay, Ont.; children, Glen Archie (Anna) Pierce, Ottawa, Ont.; John Andrew Pierce, North Bay, Ont.; grandchildren, Liam, Mason, Evalyna and Alex Pierce; brothers, Russell Pierce, Margaretsville; Lester (Charlotte) Pierce, Meadowvale; Ray (Liz) Pierce, Margaretsville; Keith Pierce, Windsor; Mike Pierce, Victoria Vale; sisters, Noreen (Michael) Fallis and Linda Pierce, both of Kingston. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Joyce Pierce in infancy; Carolyn (Richard) Veinott; brother, Melvyn Pierce. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service.
