PINEO, Sheila (Barbour) - 66 of Tremont, passed away at Soldiers Memorial Hospital 29th August, 2011 after a long and courageous battle with numerous health issues. She was a loving, devoted wife to Brad for 48 years and the caring Mother of Shawn and Amanda. Sheila devoted her entire self to her family and their well-being. Her grandchildren, Kelsey, Madison, Colton and Lucas meant the world to her. Born in Hamilton, Ontario on 3rd January 1945, she was the daughter of Thomas and Margaret (Roundtree) Barbour. Sheila moved to Nova Scotia in 1969. She was an extremely generous and kind person with a huge heart, even to complete strangers. Sheila loved to travel back to Hamilton to visit with family. A private family memorial gathering has been held to lay her ashes to rest. Memorial gifts, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Myelodysplasia Association of Canada.
