GRAVES, Sheron Anne ~ age 74 of Port Lorne, NS passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Middleton, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Abbie (Marshall) Bailey. Sheron was a people person who always enjoyed social gatherings and always had a smile on her face. She was very artistic, loved crafts, especially sewing and painting. Sheron had a passion for horses and had them all of her life. She was involved in many horse organizations and was a member of the Valley Reiners and was an announcer for all their shows. Sheron previously was employed with the Bridgetown Monitor newspaper and later with Scotiabank in Annapolis and Bridgetown. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Allen, Port Lorne; daughter, Julie (Kirk) Parks, West Paradise; son, Stewart Graves, Port Lorne; grandchildren Addison and Colin Parks and nephews Cory, Jody and Nicholas Bailey. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Neil Bailey. Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held in the Fundy View Cemetery, Port Lorne with Pastor Heather Pearle-Gillis officiating.
