Keddy, Shirley Edna – 85, of Wilmot passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022 in Valley Hospice, Kentville. Born in Middleton, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Gladys Wiles. Shirley was known as "Princess" on the CB Radio; she enjoyed listening and talking to many over the years. She loved horses, raised ponies, and spent time at Exhibitions. She's the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are her sons, Larry (Janice Wilson) McCormick, Westholme, BC; Darrell McCormick, Cobble Hill, BC; Rick McCormick, Crofton, BC; daughter, Sandy Last, Port Wade; grandchildren, Jason (Katrina) McCormick, Duncan, BC; Jeneine McCormick, Victoria, BC; great grandsons, Devon and Mathew; great granddaughter, Blake. She was predeceased by her sisters Pearl and Doris; brother Donnie. The family would like to thank the staff at Valley Hospice, Kentville for the wonderful care and compassion they gave to Shirley.
