YOUNG, Shirley Keith
~ age 85 passed away peacefully on May 27th, 2018 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born on November 23, 1932 in Phinneys Cove, he was a son of the late Cecil and Glendean (Potter) Young. Shirley was a loving father and grandfather and leaves behind daughter Shelley Leigh (Timothy) Mooney; sons Gregory Keith (Cindy) and their sons Jacob and Benjamin; Bruce Kevin (Benoit); brothers Carl, Billy and Gerry. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Lois. Shirley will be forever remembered by his children and grandsons whom he adored and who loved him. In keeping with Shirley's wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to the VON –Annapolis Valley Branch for their care and support over the past seven years.
