Obituary

SKALING (Prall), Susan May, 56, of Forest Glade went home to be with her sweet Jesus, who she knew and trusted as her personal Saviour since the age of twelve, on September 6, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Kenneth Prall and is survived by her mother, Mildred (Bolser) Prall. She enjoyed gardening, sitting by the ocean, playing games, campfires, and anything related to her precious grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband, Murray Skaling, Forest Glade; her daughter Julia (Michael) Fredericks, Perth-Andover, NB; sons Shawn (Angela), Melvern Square, and Ryan (Joanna), Sussex, NB and 11 grandchildren. She is also survived by her 4 siblings; Laurie (Lynn) Prall, Gail (Glen) Vidito, Alan (Heather) Prall, Carol (Murray) Baker and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 10th, 2014 at 2pm at Melvern Square Fellowship Baptist Church with Rev. Bruce Kaiser officiating. Visitation with the family will take place during the reception following the funeral in accordance with Sue's wishes. Burial will take place at Church Grove Cemetery, Melvern Square (family only please). Donations can be made to Gideon's International in Canada (for Bibles). Sue was very faithful to her church. Her love for Jesus gave her exceeding love for her family and others. People drew to her for comfort and advice, she was a true example of compassion and she will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know her.
