Sylvia Elizabeth Wile

WILE, Sylvia Elizabeth ~ Age 61, of Lawrencetown, Annapolis Co., N.S., formerly of Windsor, Hants Co., passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at home. Born on May 17, 1964, in Windsor, Hants Co. she was a daughter of the late Melvin and Gladys Wile.

Sylvia enjoyed times in years passed camping with her father at Graves Island. Surviving are her loving friend and companion, Laverne Dykens. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter in infancy.

Visitation will take place from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., Wednesday afternoon in Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, toll free 1-855-825-3448, from where the funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 27. Rev. Andrew Taylor officiating, with interment in Nictaux Cemetery.
